Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the carrier for delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 14–28 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control. The estimated delivery window provided at checkout and in this policy is an estimate only and does not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. If your shipping address is outside of our serviceable regions, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required. The cost of shipping is included in the listed product price.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the United States and Canada, all applicable customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Nisk Health is not responsible for any customs delays, additional charges, duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority.

We are unable to predict or control customs fees, as they vary by destination and are determined by your local government. If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any duties or fees incurred.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Nisk Health cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by:

Carrier delays or disruptions, weather events or natural disasters, customs inspections or holds, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, public holidays, peak shipping seasons, port congestion, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Important: In rare cases, deliveries may exceed the estimated 28 business day window due to factors outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 45 business days of purchase, please contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at the email address listed below.

Please note that tracking updates may be delayed or unavailable during certain stages of transit, particularly during international shipping legs. A lack of tracking updates does not necessarily indicate a problem with your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. Nisk Health is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 48 hours of receipt (for damaged items). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

We may require photographic evidence of damage before processing a claim. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

Refunds & Returns Related to Shipping

Our 60-day money-back guarantee begins on the date your order is delivered, not the date of purchase. If you wish to return your product, please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

Shipping delays do not qualify for a refund unless the order has not been delivered within 45 business days of purchase, in which case we will offer a full refund or replacement at the customer's choice.
